Search for rental properties
We understand that finding a new home is one of the most important aspects of a move. Our rental search service is designed to make the entire process as stress-free and relaxed as possible. We calculate at least 6 property visits per rental search – the criteria for the rental property are of course defined in advance – for the specific search we work with brokerage firms and make a pre-selection based on the list of criteria.
Orientation Tour
Before we start looking for rental properties, we highly recommend an orientation tour of potential locations, as this is a great way for your employees and their family to view different locations and sample homes within their budget
to give them an idea of where they would prefer to live or how far their budget stretches within the desired locations. If they have children, we can also include a few visits to appropriate schools.
Serviced Accommodation (for short stays)
If your employee needs short term accommodation, we can help you find suitable Serviced Accommodation in the area that is most suitable for your employee. These accommodations are usually serviced and have free Wi-Fi. They are cleaned regularly just like a hotel. While a hotel may seem like a simpler option, serviced apartments offer a number of great benefits that make them the most comfortable and cost-effective option. Unlike hotel rooms, which are often cramped, serviced apartments offer plenty of room to move in. Apartments can range from a studio to a 4 bedroom apartment for those with a larger family. We also have pet friendly short term accommodations
School Search – Private and state
The biggest concern for most parents is finding the right school for their children. After an initial interview, suitable kindergarten / school options would be identified, which may be in the government or private sector. If requested, we will liaise with local education authorities as well as preferred schools to check availability of places and assist staff in the school search process. We will also provide advice and statistics on the performance of the schools concerned and the relevant prospectus with details of how to gain entry and the relevant admissions procedures. We can arrange school visits and accompany your employee to support you on these visits.
