We will either meet with you in person or arrange a telephone consultation to discuss your real estate needs in depth. Once you have signed our terms and paid the initial fee, we will start pre-selecting the properties. Within 7 days we put together an initial pre-selection and will discuss this with you in a personal meeting. Beyond these first 7 days we continue to search the market until we have found a suitable property for you.

We negotiate the offer and manage the buying process, including contacting your mortgage lender, agent and notary. We manage all communication channels, be it with the real estate agents, solicitors, notaries or surveyors to ensure that your property purchase and move is as comfortable and efficient as possible for you. Having managed many home purchases, our knowledge of the buying process is very extensive.

If you are unfamiliar with your chosen location, we can inform you of possible areas of interest using a location and property orientation. An orientation tour is an invaluable tool that helps many of our clients understand the costs involved in buying different types of property in different regions. It can also help customers visualize if the location fits their lifestyle and better understand their potential commute. Where appropriate, we can also provide information on local amenities such as schools, recreation and shopping.

Initial fee of EUR 950 (deductible from property purchase success fee)
Success fee of 2.00% for properties under €750,000 OR 1.75% for properties over €750,000 (minimum fee of £5,000 on successful initiation of property purchase)
